Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (1 OZ) packet Best Choice Taco Seasoning Mix
- 1 ½ cups Best Choice Bean Dip
- ¾ cup Best Choice Corn Kernels
- 3 cups cooked Best Choice Spanish Ready Rice
- 6 large Best Choice Flour Tortillas
- 1 ½ cups Best Choice Shredded Cheese
- Toppings: sour cream, salsa and/or avocado
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Cook beef with taco seasoning according to packet instructions.
- For each burrito, spread ¼ cup bean dip down the center of the tortilla. Add ½ cup rice, desired amount of beef, and 2 tablespoons corn. Top with ¼ cup shredded cheese.
- Fold opposite sides of each tortilla inward toward each other, then roll up the burrito. Place in the prepared dish with the seam sides down. Complete with all six burritos.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes or until completely heated through. Serve topped with sour cream, salsa and avocado, or other toppings of choice.
