Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Best Choice Quick Oats
- 1/2 cup Best Choice 2% Reduced Fat Milk
- 1 tsp Clearly by Best Choice Organic Chia Seed
- 1 tsp Best Choice Superior Selections Raw Wild Flower Honey
- 1/4 tsp Best Choice Ground Cinnamon
- 1 banana
- A handful of nuts of your choice
Directions:
- Pour the oats, milk, chia seeds, honey, and cinnamon into a jar, bowl, or container that you can tightly seal.
- After mixing the ingredients, seal tightly, and pop the container in the fridge to rest overnight.
- Next morning, grab the container from the fridge and add the banana and nuts to the oat mixture.
- Stir everything around until well incorporated, and enjoy!
